I've been thinking some more. Do you think that the choices we make for ourselves sometimes create adversity and trials for those around us? I've been thinking that some of the trials and adversity that I currently face are not of my own doing.
My wise mother-in-law posted a quote in my comments from my last post, from her sister's blog. "There is in every true woman's heart a spark of heavenly fire, which lies dormant in the broad daylight of prosperity; but which kindles up, and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity."-Washington Irving.
My thoughts are that that spark is what we commonly refer to as...........rage.

No, that does not mean rage. It means your true inner self as a daughter of our Heavenly Father arouses within you. Your calling as wife and mother rouses within you and you rise to the occasion. You are a wonderful person and Heavenly Father loves you. He knows your potential and wants you to polish that potential. That's what challenges are all about; making us better people. Married people work together and make their world a better place; by working together they become closer and their love becomes more refined. My wise daughter-in-law said once in 1996, that a particular challenge changed your family's direction in life and it was for the better. You are where you are today because of that challenge. Your current challenge can be overcome. Life takes patience, no matter how long you live or how long you are married. Hang in there and enjoy the blessings.
