They Came!

I have decided that I need to quit whining about the lack of dancing in my life. The only person in my way is me. Last Thursday evening I ordered some new tap shoes. I haven't done it in twenty years! Today one of the brown cockroaches pulled up in front of my house and delivered my coveted tap shoes. Aren't they pretty?

You may wonder why I called my friendly neighborhood UPS man a cockroach? We used to live over by the UPS distribution center in Tempe. At precisely 8:30am a whole bunch of brown trucks came out of the center and spread out over the streets. I always thought it looked like a bunch of cockroaches fleeing from the light! You didn't want to be in traffic when they disbursed because there were so many of them, and you wouldn't be going anywhere fast when they all came out.

So anyway, my husband came home from work and heard me happily clickety clacking away in the garage.....er uh my dance studio. The operative word here is happily!

That's great!! Good for you to start tap dancing again. You'll have to perform at the next girls night out.

I am glad that you decided to start dancing again. I think I was like 10 the last time I had tap shoes on. So what are you going to do with your new shoes? Do you teach 3 year olds:)

That is fabulous! I have always wanted to learn to tap. I take Kenzie to a tap class and I take mental notes. I want to wait until I am 80, won't I be cute with all of the 4 year olds?

They are pretty! I wish I knew how to dance, or had any kind of rythym. Have fun, dance your little heart out!

What an inspiration you are.
I don't dance but there are other things that I once did and I have been wanting to pick them up again.

Yeah for you! That looks like such a fun way to dance. I always wanted to be a tap dancer but never was. Good luck with the tapping.
